Fotografia documentaristica autoriale.

Giuseppe De Santis Nasce a Bari nel 1996, vive a Milano.
La sua passione per la fotografia e per l'ascolto visivo si sviluppano spontaneamente sin da tenera età, divenendo aspetti intrinseci del suo linguaggio espressivo e di comprensione del mondo. Incanalerà i risultati degli studi in architettura e filosofia nel corso biennale di alta formazione di fotografia e cinematografia alla scuola F.Project di Bari, che frequenta dal 2018 al 2020, dove affinerà la sua sensibilità verso la fotografia autoriale e documentaria. Nutre particolare attenzione verso temi vicini alla riflessione sulle dinamiche sociali e sul rapporto tra uomo, artificiale, urbano, cultura e natura; sarà quindi dedito nella produzione di progetti fotografici dallo stampo più documentario passando per narrazioni visive più autoriali ed intime, mantenendo in ogni sua produzione una certa presenza di entrambi i linguaggi simultaneamente.
Alla radice motivazionale di ogni suo lavoro vi è la necessità di risaltare il principio universale di armonia, in particolare del suo intrinseco e costante riequilibrarsi.
I suoi progetti, partendo da prospettive e punti di partenza narrativi diversi, vogliono risaltare il districarsi di tale principio nelle svariate stratificazioni del nostro mondo; cercando quindi di mostrare come esso, che sia tramite narrazioni di stampo personale, sociale o che sia nel racconto della sua negazione o assenza, per quanto mistificato, sia in fin dei conti impossibile, illogico e nocivo negarlo.

Giuseppe De Santis Born in Bari in 1996, he lives in Milan.
His passion for photography and for visual listening developed spontaneously from an early age, becoming intrinsic aspects of his expressive language and world understanding. He will channel the architecture and philosophy studies results in the two-year photography and cinematography advanced training course at the F.Project school in Bari, which he attends from 2018 to 2020, where he will refine his sensitivity towards authorial and documentary photography. He pays particular attention to issues close to reflection on social dynamics and the relationship between man, artificial, urban, culture and nature; he will therefore be dedicated to a photographic projects production with a more documentary mold, passing through more authorial and intimate visual narratives, maintaining in each of his productions a certain presence of both languages ​​simultaneously.
At the motivational root of all his work there is the need to highlight the universal principle of harmony, in particular of its intrinsic and constant rebalancing.
His projects, starting from different narrative perspectives and starting points, want to highlight the untangling of this principle in the various stratifications of our world; thus trying to show how it, whether through personal or social narratives or its negation or absence, however mystified, is ultimately impossible, illogical and harmful to deny it.
